Roni is ALSM’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining ASLM, Roni was the Director Operations, Heart Health with the National Heart Foundation of Australia, having worked in several roles with the Heart Foundation over the past eight years. Her professional interests include public policy, strategy, and leadership as well as a pursuit of better understanding of the human psyche and its impact on behaviour change for health reasons. Originally from the NSW snowy Mountains, and then the Victorian Alps she maintains a keen interest in improving health outcomes for people outside of the key metropolitan areas and of those who are disadvantaged in any way. Prior to moving to the Not-for-profit sector in 2013, Roni worked in a range of senior and executive roles in local and state government throughout Victoria. She holds a Master of Public Policy and Strategic Management.

BHSc, GCEF(Digital Learning Environments), MBA(Currently undertaking) Sarah is dedicated to driving transformative social impact through innovative educational initiatives and strategic partnerships. Since early 2022, Sarah has been responsible for the ASLM’s strategic and operational development, ensuring our education programs and initiatives solidify our position as the leading Lifestyle Medicine Organisation in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining ASLM, Sarah was a Head of Department in higher education where she was responsible for nationally coordinating and rewriting an undergraduate degree which was recognised for innovation via industry and government accreditation. Sarah holds a Graduate Certificate of Education specialising in Digital Learning Environments and a Bachelor of Health Science. Sarah is currently undertaking a Master of Business Administration with Griffith University focusing on social impact, sustainability, ethical leadership, and commitment to social responsibility. She is looking forward to bringing these skills to the ASLM team. Sarah is passionate about improving the health outcomes of individuals and the broader community through the promotion of lifestyle medicine and advocating for social change.
